Quick Response Service Management SaaS Application

The key objective was to develop a white-labelled Quick Response Service Management system with enhanced experience for the shipping companies and their service vendors to manage their equipments and services in a more productive and suitable manner. Techcronus developed this SaaS based web application for end-to-end asset management credibility and support.

Key Features:

  • Customers: Manage a database of shipping companies including Name, Address, Contact, Email, Branding.
  • Locations: Manage company location details including Name, Code, Address, Country.
  • Users: Manage users of registered customers.
  • Assets: Manage the products/equipments with details like name, pictures, QR code, Serial No, Production Date, etc.
  • Asset Assignment: Option to assign assets to respective companies and vendors who are dealing and operating for the same.
  • Maintenance Checklist and FAQ: Create a checklist and FAQ for maintenance and servicing tasks. Option to assign it to assets.
  • Asset Video:  Video guide on how to operate and use the assets.
